While the vacation time itself is generous and accrues well, the lack of quota relief in sales roles severely diminishes its value. Because you remain responsible for 100% of your target—even if you take two weeks off—you are practically forced to work during your vacation to avoid a significant drop in commission. A true paid time off policy for commission-based employees should provide equitable quota relief or compensate based on average historical earnings, ensuring employees aren't financially penalized for using their earned time.
