Not so hot for anyone with a family, but for a single, childless individual it's fine.
Health care only via High Deductible Health Plan. ~$500/year contributed by company, unless you submit to annual invasive biomedical screens (~another $400/yr available).
Vision (VSP) and Dental (Delta), semi-annual checkups/cleanings mostly covered but orthodontics/braces basically out-of-pocket.

good 401K match, nice HSA contribution to cover deductible, ESPP price locking is for 2 years, STI and LTI bonus.

Only available plan is high-deductible health plan (HDHP), and the premium is high. With this plan, one has to pay a hundred to few hundred dollars for each doctor visit, even for the one to get a doctor signature, not friendly for family with kids.

HDHP plans and hence deductible is very high. Not a good health insurance at all.
