Very good Vision Insurance plan.

Standard vision insurance benefits that other silicon valley companies get too.

It gives you discounts on glasses/framed on a tiered price basis, which is pretty common as most glasses places will have little colored stickers indicating the tier of the frame. They only give you 120 dollars allowance per every two years for glasses frames, which would not even come close to purchasing a pair of glasses which would last two years.
