Office Co-Pays in Phoenix for primary care is $30 BUT there are some providers that are available for $20 under the Cigna Care Network. $5 prescription co-pays if you fill them at Walmart Pharmacies. Waived co-pay for frames if you go to Target Optical. These are just some highlights but medical premiums and deductibles can be high but they are average compared to other companies in the area. They do offer the ability to earn Well Bucks which is free money to use towards your co-pays and etc. Cigna is the medical provider and they are good especially when you call in to customer service. Always call Cigna to verify coverage and costs to ensure you are receiving the right care at the lowest possible cost available that way you don't get surprise bills. Deductibles are high but a visit to the ER will easily gobble that up and then it's split costs 70% Cigna 30% Member.

Health insurance has good coverage, but gets really expensive when you start adding family members.

The worst thing about the health insurance was the deductibles were incredibly high and not getting any better over time. They were being cut year after year.

No package offered that doesn't include subscriber paying at least 20% of all costs until a very high deductible is met. Most effective smoking cessation medication is not covered. Screening medical tests convert to diagnostic, meaning subscriber pays up to deductible, if anything is discovered on test.
