They do offer the ability to earn Well Bucks which is free money to use towards your co-pays and etc. Cigna is the medical provider and they are good especially when you call in to customer service. Always call Cigna to verify coverage and costs to ensure you are receiving the right care at the lowest possible cost available that way you don't get surprise bills. Deductibles are high but a visit to the ER will easily gobble that up and then it's split costs 70% Cigna 30% Member.
