They are quite a nice bonus which most employees all across the company gets to enjoy. Especially at the executive level. That's where the millions are made and the incentive is there to motivate decisions and behaviors around actions that lead to a favorable reaction from the Wall St. community (even at the detriment to employee morale and loyalty and shopper experience)
