Very limited time accrued and is sick and pto all in one total 2 weeks per yr. Should be separate buckets of time for ft. Pt gets minimal sick and then they wonder why people get in trouble with call offs cause they have to when sick. Ft must use pto for sick days and then have no pto to use for vacation time. Poor system no consideration for work/life balance
