WORK FROM HOME FLEXIBLE
Our hybrid approach is designed to be very flexible, and there is no “one size fits all” -- we have team members in fully in-office roles, fully remote roles and the majority of our team members are in hybrid roles, providing them with the flexibility to both work remotely and in-person based on the needs of their team, their role and their personal needs.
Programs & Initiatives
These programs encourage a healthy remote working environment.
We offer a shuttle bug from Pace bus stations in Deerfield and Highland Park, IL. Additionally, so travel benefits are available for those taking public transportation to on-site work locations.
We have programs and direction in place for all team members on how to stay safe physically within their workplace (regardless if it's the stores, distribution centers or support center). Additionally, we have implemented safe measures for COVID-19 safety for our team members, as well.
Your wellbeing, whether working from the office or remotely, is a top priority. WBA provides a curated list of helpful tips, thoughts and suggestions to consider as our team members determine what best fuels their wellbeing in our new hybrid working approach. Considerations include:
