Covers basics 100%. Deductibles are outrageous. But, they offer HSA.

Insurance is very expensive and does not pay much at all. A full time associate pays over 200 $ a check for family

Extremely high for families. I still had to apply for state assistance for health insurance for my kids due to the expense. Most of us that work hete can't even afford our own companies insurance package for families.

Limited provider choices, premiums are high, deductibles are super high, "covered services" are often billed to the customer as a plan exclusion, weird RX premiums.
