I had the HRA and I loved that plan because it always covered co-pays and bills unless it got too expensive. The company gives you about three or four options for health insurance.

IT is what it is, clearly the company wasn't looking to spend to much for their employees to stay healthy but its not nearly as bad as other company's. Does cover same sex couples.
