In Arkansas, main provider was Blue Cross/Blue Shield. So you get a reputable provider that meets the Affordable Care Act requirements at a reasonable group rate. Coverages can be tailored to need, from a catastrophic care plan to comprehensive coverage. HSA available. Aflac supplemental available for loss of income coverage, at an additional cost. Optionall dental and vision coverage also available. Greatly reduced rates on prescription meds at any Walmart pharmacy.

Could have better plans available for the employees. Cost could and should be less. Walton family is part of the 1% in this country and possibly the world.
