Vision ins is actually decent. $10 eye dr visit if you use a walmart vision center, and $10 for frames/lenses once per year. The frames have to be under $150 and the lenses are the basic ones, but still.

this is the first year Wal-Mart offers Vision but you could always go to the Vision center and use your discount.
