Best I have seen to date but then I have been at the same company for twenty years as of 2021. Great benefits all around

Lately Wells has been dedicated to improving their diversity program as an organization, however when the CEO makes comments exposing his own racial cognitive biases on the "...a very limited pool of Black talent to recruit from...", it makes the overall initiative seem like window-dressing.

Wells Fargo is a big advocate of diversity and inclusion and has different training programs and opportunities for employees to attend diversity programs

Great diversity and inclusion, the only company in the area where I live that hires a large amount of diverse employees

Wells is committed to diversity in the workplace and supporting their employees

In nearly a decade long tenure the company just seemed to be checking off more and more boxes based on new hires without actually investing in the person regardless of talent or potential.

haven't used it but i heard it's pretty good.
