I actually worked for the former Norwest Bank's Employee Assistance Resource as a graduate intern and then was a contractor for Wells Fargo's internal EAP program after the merger. All of the consultants are licensed with graduate degrees, so they know what they are doing. I believe much of the team from the late 90's is still there. I think that says a lot about their commitment to team members and also about Wells Fargo's commitment to employees.
