I've had better insurance at other fortune 500 companies. Deductibles and rates seem on par with industry, but nothing exceptional.

Flexibility among the various plans offered

Used to have great medical insurance given the size of Wells Fargo. Nothing like a high tech company, but pretty good for such a large company. Now, it's medical insurance is not great. The most prestigious specialists are not part of the insurance network that Wells Fargo has.

Wells Fargo offers 2 options; and HSA and an HRA. It would be nice if they opened up their options to meet the rest of the market.

Heath insurance cover me and anyone residing in my household. I was als to get my husband on it before we were even married.

Horrible insurance! Deductible is high insurance company is difficult to deal with
