Five years ago it was a decent plan. Over the last five years, each year, the price has increased for the employee and the benefits have diminished.

High deductible and co-insurance plan. Done for cost cutting measures and very inconvenient for employee

You only have two options - HSA and HRA. There is no "fully comprehensive high end" option. But the HSA and HRA allow you to budget your expenses and save money rather than needlessly hand it over to the insurance companies.
