only one option for vision insurance. limited coverage for glasses and frames. I still end up spending 200 plus for my glasses after the insurance covers what they feel is their part and that is with getting the cheapest frames I can get that fit. limited locations for in network and out of network you pay over fifty percent of cost and they may or may not cover anything.
