Competitive pricing and options compared to my spouse. Certain out of pocket costs can be wildly expensive but that might be the case with all plans.

We currently provide $1K HRA to help employees cover out of pocket expenses for co-pays and prescriptions, offer free dental coverage to employees, along with a host of other services. They pay a great portion of insurance and they have not dropped insurance like other bigger companies such as Walgreens.
