They pay you nothing now compared to what I hear they used to. Bonus is listed as 10% for most entry-mid level employees, but from my own experience and talking to colleagues I'm deducing that Yahoo paid between 2-3% for many employees who met and exceeded expectations in 2016. I'm sure the top 5% of performers got more than that, but it was abysmally rare. This might have to do with the Verizon acquisition, but I was also unhappy with my bonus last year (I exceeded expectations throughout the year and received less than 2% of my designated 10%, because the company didn't do well financially).
