Sick Leave

These were apart of your PTO, and you didn't get very many.

DTO - time-off for sick is combined with vacation. Unlimited within reason

once again, I was let go for too much time off, with sick and paid days still available. They are not honest about this and use it against you

As this is a 100% commission job and the hourly pay is repaid from commission checks, there is no sick pay.

Very generous amount of sick time.

To be honest, I never took a sick day. I imagine they aren't extremely rude about it. It is important to understand that any sick day you take impacts your own business so you won't want to be out of the office. Stay on top of your health.
