4 hours of training on fabrics, functionality, and sales skills. I would have given them 5 stars but part of their training process is attending a mandatory 'vision and goals' session where we had to share personal details about our aspirations and goals with our new coworkers for them to critique. very inappropriate and awkward.

Extensive job training, as well as the opportunity to go to the infamous Landmark Forum after being with the company for a period of time. For some, this opportunity is the best thing that's ever happened to them and for others, they'd prefer to leave it.

very helpful, 2 day training with management and then 4 shadow shifts with key leaders on the floor.

Depending on management, the company itself is very realistic that people may or may not stay with them for long. But they want to encourage their people to better themselves. They realize this is mutually beneficial for all involved. Though sometimes, I think employees do not receive the title and pay that may come with their "special" extra responsibilities, but I've never worked for or heard of any other company that has leadership workshops and seminars, time for setting goals (short and long term; business and non business related), company "reads" (good books), goal accountability etc. Everyone should experience it.
