Saw a post recently where quite a few people suggested beta blockers for presentation anxiety. Interested in trying them out but wanted to see if there were any specific types (e.g. propranolol) people had tried and found particularly bad/good for side effects etc. Thanks for any advice.

Got a bad performance review stating that my work is good but I’m too overly confident and hard to collaborate with. None of my peers nor my manager has told me this to my face at all in the past year, so I had no idea. Am I going to get fired anyway? Too confident as opposed to what???

Is it unprofessional to wear your previous agencies merch on camera at your current job for internal meetings (not client)? It’s just a long sleeve with the logo on the shoulder. Do people care/notice?
