Is it unprofessional to wear your previous agencies merch on camera at your current job for internal meetings (not client)? It’s just a long sleeve with the logo on the shoulder. Do people care/notice?

Saw a post recently where quite a few people suggested beta blockers for presentation anxiety. Interested in trying them out but wanted to see if there were any specific types (e.g. propranolol) people had tried and found particularly bad/good for side effects etc. Thanks for any advice.
