What expectations surprised you most once you started, and are there things you wish you had clarified earlier in the interview process? Has anyone here worked for Deciem in Toronto? They are hiring for admin roles @ their Fraser office. I was wondering what the company is like post Estee Lauder purchase. The reviews from several years ago are awful, is it still the same?

Anyone work at Citadel? One of my recruiters is constantly sending me roles over there and I’m wondering… Are they so large that they’re just always hiring or is there a crappy EA culture so there’s a lot of turnover? Somebody spill the tea please!
