Hello . I am currently facing a major career crossroads. I am feeling deeply frustrated and burnt out at my current job and am contemplating resigning. I do have a financial backup/savings cushion that can support me for a while, but I am trying to decide whether I should resign immediately for my peace of mind, or push through the struggle a bit longer. TCS vs Synechron? Hey folks, need some advice! Got two offers: * Synechron: 31 LPA (28 fixed) * TCS: Asked for 35 fixed, maybe 31-33 max. They might provide by today. * YOE: 12 years Is TCS worth despite the layoffs? Some say TCS is good and Servicenow is safe there and layoff happens for people were in bench and niche tech. Others suggest Synechron for its banking focus, growth may be there but worry about project stability and lesser clients. Super confused, please suggest.
I recently attended a virtual interview with TCS for an experienced role. At the end of the interview, HR/panel asked me to show my PAN card and took a screenshot with all panel members while the video call was on. Has anyone else experienced this? Is this a standard verification process in TCS or generally considered a positive sign after the interview?

My experience: Skill level interview: They asked me core Java, Java 8 streaming related, multithreading, microservices basic questions, few springboot annotations and JVM related also how the GC works. It went around 30 mins not more than that and not DSA or coding questions for me. FYI: I heard some of them were receiving the assessment link to complete the coding questions and in skill interviews also they ask coding questions for some people. Final round: Onsite virtual interview and it should be completely managerial round like how to deal the specific situation and deadline situation. I got selected and offered
