Is the private client advisor role a good position?

I had been a Private Client Banker for 4 years and have just seperated from the company in Jan. of this year. I too was an outside hire. The role is 40 hours a week, but expect to be pressured into getting 60 hours of work in, in those 40 hours. Management pressures, is always hovering over your conversations, even when you're trying to discuss mutual clients with other bankers in the branch. I think the key is to HAVE A GOOD AND SUPPORTIVE MANAGER.
Good luck in your endeavors!
