Over the past five years my telemedicine appointments have increased from less than 1 percent to about 25 percent. Most of those are routine followups, prescription refills, minor illnesses, etc.

A lot during the worst of the season. Over summer it isn’t used very much. It’s been a real game changer for a lot of patients and I look forward to it being used more. Has anyone had obstacles to either getting it set up or people being reluctant to use it?
