Our founder, Dr. Amar G. Bose envisioned a corporation where "each and every one of us [can] work in a climate that allows individuals to reach their fullest human potential." To do that, he hoped to create an atmosphere "where we encourage, applaud, and recognize the accomplishments of our peers; where we learn to trust and believe in ourselves and each other; where no one is afraid to speak up, or go beyond what is expected, or question what is already accepted practice".
