To ensure CarMax remains deliberate and strategic in living our values and fostering an inclusive culture, the company has established a Diversity and Inclusion Council composed of leaders from diverse backgrounds, including race, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation and CarMax business area. The council is responsible for overseeing the following four focus areas which include communication and education, leadership development, associate experience, and combating social inequality and injustice.
