After developing the framework in 2020, our Diversity & Inclusion program has since taken concrete steps forward, including:

• Incorporating a required goal into all management performance reviews that will support Exeter’s Diversity & Inclusion program through intentional and measurable actions
• Establishing six Employee Resource Groups to give all team members the ability to connect, learn and speak out in support of diversity and inclusion at Exeter
• Providing D&I training courses for all team members
• Building more intentional D&I considerations into our hiring process
• Observing Dr. Martin Luther King Jr’s. birthday as an official
