GLG's CHRO oversees our efforts to ensure that we create a place where all employees can harness their unique strengths and bring their true selves to work. GLG also has seven employee-led Diversity Networks, which foster a diverse workplace through recruiting and outreach efforts and development and mentoring opportunities, and also provide safe spaces for GLGers to share experiences and support one another.
