Our culture
At Kantar, we believe that inclusion creates a culture of belonging, where everyone is empowered to succeed.
Our internal inclusion and diversity programme is driven by an internal global centre of expertise, augmented by regional advisory groups and amplified by a global I&D steering committee. There are now 40 committees around the globe. Each I&D steering committee adapts our global strategy to deliver an I&D plan specific to the needs of each region, ranging from initiatives like the creation of local LGBT networks to the delivery of unconscious bias training and development of flexible working policies.
