Tebra has built a very strong and supportive DEI program and policy to encourage representation and participation of diverse groups of people. We offer 3 training series for employees. During onboarding, our Our People session covers how to model inclusive behaviors and how to create spaces of psychological safety. Our recruiters and managers complete a Recruiting & Hiring DEI training which covers implicit bias within hiring and interviewing, structured interviewing, and inclusive hiring practices. And lastly we offer Advancing DEI B, a training that covers implicit bias, intersectionality, embracing diversity and inclusion, and micro-aggressions during our manager enablement program
