It was a job fair type of experience. All interested applicants for many positions had a get together (with snacks) before the main event. Brian Scudamore and other managements types gave a talk about their stories at the company, the culture of the workplace, (called the Junktion) etc. The herd was thinned (there were about 50 people there at the time I attended), and everyone went through a speed interview to cull the applicants further. I made it past this point, and really liked the HR gal I interviewed with. I followed up with her the next day. She put me in touch with the next person in the chain. There were a few awkward communications with this gal (not her fault) and I decided not to pursue the opportunity any further.
