We met at Kmart talked about work history was never drug tested even they said I was going to be which made me wish they did cause when I met my team members I could tell how shady job was. Talked about 401k said I could get one after 3 months a d then months later said they don't have 401ks, most odd and unprofessional interview held in a retail store
Phone and in person interview with the HR manager. Offered a job on the spot. Easy interview with not many questions. They just tell you what the job is. Nice interviewers.

Interview
Group interview. You scan a code and put your application in again! Total joke turns out to be 10 a hrs and 4 days off are spilt up. They claim you will make tips. Who's going to tip. They did warn about the intense hrs and touched base on the labour. No mention of moving up. Few people walked out at the 10 dollar pay, I should have been one to do so.

Awesome interview process. Extremely quick to respond, set up an an interview and make a decision on hiring. I was able to meet the team prior to joining and everyone did exactly what they said they were going to do.
