I applied twice here! The first time I didn't hear back, the second time, they emailed me that they are moving me forward to the next phase of the interview.
They sent me a questionnaire to fill out which gives you a very good idea of what they are doing and what they are looking for. They had added some common questions they receive from customers and ask you how you would respond to it.
I heard back from the recruiter to chat for about half an hour. She was very professional and interested in what I currently do which showed that they are serious about the interview process and not just chatting to report to the management that she did her job. She had good people skills and I felt relaxed with her.
However, it was a little odd that the interviewer was not the part of the team that she was interviewing me for. When I asked her a question about the work and the team, she was not able to respond which just left me hanging in the air and disappointed. How would the recruiter know that you are a good fit for a role in a team that they are not even part of? I am left perplexed with that. But overall, interview process was professional and interesting. I did hear back within a few days that they are not moving forward with my application.
Not sure if I want to reapply because they ask so many questions which take so much of your time only to find yourself not even given a chance to speak with the main people.
