I applied and they followed up with an email of about ten "test" questions. Took maybe an hour to do. They then responded and said they would be moving on with someone else. A couple of months later they reach out saying they're interested again and want to set up an interview. I went through a Skype chat interview and then a phone interview with someone else. I was told I would be followed up within the next three days, but never heard back. I reached out asking for an update, and was told "oh I was going to reach out to tell you we're moving on with others but forgot". I thanked them for their time and and asked if they had any constructive feedback since they had used up THREE hours of my time and never heard back. The whole process felt pretty shady. If you are going to bait me again, at least have open communication throughout the process and provide some sort of feedback.
