Took 2 months to get an interview, and then 3 weeks to setup that call. After the first interview I didn't hear back for another 3 weeks. I had a second interview where I was able to answer questions based on experience and then was not given a third interview due to lack of direct experience. Advice to HR, be more efficient, don't interview people you don't think have direct experience. It's a waste of everybody's time.
