Overall the process was fine. However, they take A LOT of information from you (ideas, processes, program ideation, success drivers, etc.) throughout the process. It is expected employers need to understand they are hiring the right candidate for the role, however 1Password requires several (5+) interviews to be considered a finalist for a position. I made it to this stage and was confident I got the job based on feedback and the level of detail I provided. I was then "ghosted" for weeks until I was sent a blanket rejection email. I am fine, I landed a role at a much more strategic and forward thinking company that has it's organization aligned (unlike 1Password where interviewers divulged a lot of company issues) but I don't think for this type of role putting a candidate through that much and harvesting ideas is not right.
