Overall a great experience.
I first applied through their website. The next day I was contacted to fill out their customer support questionnaire which included questions about remote work, and getting a feeling for your interests in different branches within the company. It also included some sample customer inquiries to respond to.
Within a day or two I was contacted to meet with a talent acquisition specialist. She was so friendly and welcoming, it really felt like a friendly chat to see if we were mutually a good fit.
Within another day or two, I was invited to meet with a customer support manager. This was more of an "interview" but the most laid-back interview I've ever been on. He was also very friendly and easy to talk to. It didn't feel like a scary "formal interview", even though we covered the same information.
They gave me a time frame in which I would hear back from them with a decision, and they stuck to it.
During the interview process, I communicated with 3 different people, all of whom were nice, helpful and just seemed like all-around great people to work with.
