      Easy interview

      Application

I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at 2020 Companies

      Interview

The hiring and interview process were rather easy. Since it’s a sales position they ask you about how motivated you are and questions like that. It was easy for me.

      Question 1

There was no difficult question. Just know how to do role playing.

      Interview

      Sales Representative (FiOS) Interview

      Accepted offer
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at 2020 Companies (Sarasota, FL) in May 2014

      Interview

The hiring process took nearly a month. The first woman I talked to took only a day to get back to me. I filled out the application and had an interview with the district manager within a week. When I showed up he wasn't prepared, it took him 15 minutes to get to me. We had to go to the starbucks down the street because he didn't have an office at the building we interviewed at, and he talked on the phone almost the entire time which made it hard for me to know when he was talking to me or the person on the phone. However after my interview I was waiting for them to hear about my background check and drug test. I called multiple times and the interviewer ignored my calls, as well as my emails. Finally I contacted the first woman who explained to me that it had taken a few days for them to get my background check but I should be hearing from them soon. About a week after that the manager called me and asked me to come in to fill out paperwork. He promptly had be do the training in front of him then told me to go out and start selling just like that.

      Question 1

Most of the questions were easy, it was just hard to really get into expecting them because he kept talking on the phone the entire time. "Sell me this pen"
