HR phone interviews to understand personal goals, experience and fit. Interview with Market Manager, Field Ops Manager and Regional Manager. Due to holidays scheduling was a challenge due to EOY meetings and planning. The team was supportive and helpful, a 30/60/90 day plan was requested and part of the interview process.

Zoom Meeting with the Field Operations Manager and the interview was perfect. They wanted to get someone in the position that has experience and who isn't afraid to show off their skills.
