2020 Companies interview questions

the interview process was pretty easy and straight forward. over the phone and everything is done online and on the phone. the territory they said that i would have was not even closed to the territory that i ended up going to. my first day of work i drove to lake superior, for a one hour visit in 2 different stores. i live in minneapolis, mn thats a 3 almost 4 hour drive. and over 400 mls round trip.

Completed a quick 10 min. phone screen interview with the recruiter. The recruiter discussed salary & said it was negotiable. He also scheduled an interview for me with the hiring manager. I was told it was going to be via Skype. I setup a Skype account but, the hiring manager called me on the phone. The interview was 30 minutes. The was job offered to me but, in a round about way...nothing official. The next conversation, I was told the position was filled & there was another opening about an hour away...basically offered the job but, unofficially. I spoke to the hiring manager two days later & that opening was filled. Three weeks the hiring manager called again. He said the original territory I applied for was open. I was offered the job but, the salary was much lower than what the recruiter told me & was not negotiable. The interviewer was friendly but, seemed to be very inexperienced. The whole experience made me very leery about this company all together.
