Interview
Interview consisted of a screening phone call with a recruiter to determine if the general fit was good. After that an interview with the director of the team who discussed the position in more detail and asked semi-standard interview questions. 2u then had me meet with 3 managers on the finance team with each asking different questions to help determine if your skills/personality are a fit.
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at 2U (Landover, MD)
Interview
Had a phone interview, and then came in for an in person interview. Never heard from anyone within the company after the in person interview. I emailed the recruiter who brought me in for the interview, but she never responded to my email. Very unprofessional.
