I didn't like for recorded video interview. There wasn't an opportunity to ask questions. The in person interview was a bit unprofessional. They kept me waiting 10 min because no one told them I was there even though i checked in at the front desk. I don't think the interviewers like that I turned the interview on them and asked them why they think I would be a good candidate for this job (basically asking them to sell the company to me). They gave the impression that I should be lucky to work there. They tend to hire people straight from college so I don't think they're used to people who know their worth. I also don't think they like that I asked about work/life balance at 2U which is very important to me. I ended up not being offered the job after going through 3 interview stages. I was sad at first but after reading some former/current employee reviews I think I dodged a bullet, allegedly the work/life balance at 2U is really bad for Admissions Counselors so there tends to be a lot of turnover for that position.
3 round interview; It was one with the recruiter, one with the team (team you will work with) and one with the director of the team (1:1). Lots of questions. All on video.

I applied online. I interviewed at 2U (Lanham, MD) in Oct 2020
Interview
Because of COVID the process was long (4-6 weeks) and I had three interviews. It was a good experience and I was offered a position. Didn't start for 4-6 until after offer. Had to be patient but a lot of benefits working for this company so I was patient and am excited to start.
