The interview process was great - two rounds: first round was a hirevue link (had 2 days to take it). The second round was a video interview with the Manager of operations team. It was a great process however, four weeks in and I still hadn't heard back from 2U. Every week after following up, I would get the SAME response - we're running behind on schedule but you will hear the week after. This went on for four weeks until classes started and even though i strongly resonated with 2U's goals and waited weeks to hear back (having other offers in hand and pushing deadlines as much as I could), I had to finally make a decision to take another company's offer.

I applied through other source. I interviewed at 2U (Cape Town)
Interview
There are usually 3 interviews, depending on the role. An interview with the recruiter, one with the hiring manager and one with the greater team but this is not guaranteed. Make sure to understand the business and what would make you a great fit for the role. Soft skills matter too and describe situations where you've demonstrated your skills and experience listed in your cv/resume.

Question 1
They asked a lot of situation based questions to assess how I would respond.
The required you to participate in what was called a Digital Interview. It felt very uncomfortable to do especially since you weren't sure what people were going to watching a recorded video of you.
