Very efficient. You were interview by different members of the team and your manager/director. While you're offered the standard questions about experience, etc., you were also asked about how you would handle specific scenarios and were given also a mini assignment to show your strategic thinking.

Interview
The interview process has 2-3 stages and was quite easy going. You met with various managers from your direct and adjacent teams and eventually you’d meet team members. They followed the standard questions but were very empathetic when discussing prior experiences.
