2U interview questions

I had 4 interviews, all 30+ min long. Recruiter, hiring manager, 2 team members, director. Every interview went great. The 2 team members said on the call they hoped I got the position and wanted to work with me. After the last interview, I was told I would hear back by EOD Thursday - which was 4 days after my final interview. Never heard back, so I emailed Thursday at 4 and was told they had a final interview the following morning (????? How were they supposed to decide Thursday EOD then? ) but I was the “top candidate” for the role. Friday morning I got an automated rejection email from the recruiter. It doesn’t take 4 interviews - 4 hours of the interviewee’s time - to decide they aren’t good enough, especially after making them wait 5 days past the final interview just to be rejected. The entire process took over a month and was very disappointing.

still going through it. so far so good. Anticipate an offer soon. Interview consisted of a zoom meeting with two or more managers. Very easy to navigate through. It will be a remote position and they seem to have great benefits.
