2U interview questions

Phone Interview Questions went like this: 1. Um like Hello! Is this a good time? 2. Like so tell me why you want to work here? 3. Ok Ok so tell me like about your teaching background? Like yeah? I mean really. It was like the interviewer was a valley girl.

I first had a phone interview with a recruiter for 2U. She asked good questions that really helped me evaluate the position as well as provide her with a clear picture of my ability. From that point I moved to an interview with the manager which was similar to the phone conversation. I had a final interview with the director of the dept which was a bit longer and he was clearly looking for a cultural fit as well as sales ability which made me feel immediately at ease when joining the team.
