For this interview I was asked 4 questions based on judgement, execution and results, talent, and adaptability. if you think of great specific times you've implemented those qualities that is what they're looking for.

Since this is a second shift position how would you adjust to this work schedule.
Since this position will have you working with west coast students, who are primarily adult learners and not traditional student, how would you be able to understand and connect with these types of students.
