I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at 6sense (San Francisco, CA) in Feb 2016
Interview
The interview was driven by the founders. They asked to solve problems that covered general CS topics (trees, hash tables, recursion etc..), but nothing very specific. They seemed interested in the problem solving ability. The atmosphere was very friendly and welcoming. During lunch I was taken to a nice restaurant in the neighborhood where I got to chat with one of the engineers. The whole interview process was quick and fun.
